- Provides analytics dashboards showing orders and revenue by marketing source
- Sends optional daily email reports summarizing attributed orders
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility
To use OrderSource, you must:
- Have a valid Shopify store with an active subscription
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms

You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
3. Subscription Plans and Payment
3.1 Plans
OrderSource offers different subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Scale) with varying features and limits. Current plan details are available on our pricing page and within the Shopify App Store listing.
3.2 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be charged according to the plan you select unless you cancel before the trial ends.
3.3 Payment
All payments are processed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method on file.
3.4 Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our Service, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion in cases of:

- Your Data: You retain ownership of all data from your Shopify store. We process this data solely to provide the Service.

5.3 Data Processor Role
For GDPR purposes, you are the data controller for your store's visitor data, and we act as a data processor on your behalf. We will process data only according to your instructions and these Terms.

OrderSource, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by BondTech and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription.

You retain all rights to your store data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service.
6.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback to improve our Service without compensation to you.
7. Service Availability and Support
7.1 Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide notice when possible)

- Attribution data will be 100% accurate
- The Service will meet all your requirements
9.2 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BONDTECH BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- The amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
- $100 USD
9.3 Basis of the Bargain
You acknowledge that these limitations reflect the allocation of risk between you and us and are an essential element of these Terms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BondTech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your store's privacy practices or failure to obtain required consents
11. Term and Termination
11.1 Term
These Terms are effective when you begin using the Service and continue until terminated.
11.2 Termination by You
You may terminate these Terms at any time by:
- Uninstalling the OrderSource app from your Shopify store
- Contacting us to request account deletion
11.3 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service:
- Immediately if you breach these Terms
- Immediately if required by law or Shopify
- With 30 days' notice for any other reason
11.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately
- We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law
- Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive
11.5 No Refund on Termination
Unless required by law or otherwise stated, termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
12. Dispute Resolution

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

- Displaying a notice within the Service
